What you do The Anticimex Delivery Planner plays a key role in our organization. You ensure that we deliver our assignments according to the agreements concluded between our customers and us. Delivery planners optimize our technicians' routes and customer visits based on geography, competence, and priority. To assist you, you have our planning system where you monitor and handle deviations and changes/priorities. The Delivery Planner communicates with customers and maintains close collaboration with our technicians.

Selection of tasks in brief:

  • Plan and coordinate our technicians' assignments based on competence, geography, and priority

  • Ongoing communication and bookings with our corporate customers within our service areas of Food Safety, Fire Protection, and Pest Control

  • Follow-up and analysis of targets and other delivery key performance indicators

Who you are You are a flexible and reliable person who thrives in a changing daily routine. In customer conversations, you are both present and attentive – you quickly grasp the customer's needs, build trust, and thanks to your strong social skills.

With previous experience in route/delivery planning in a high-tempo environment, you are used to identifying problems and quickly finding solutions. You have the ability to create structure and order, both for yourself and others.

You understand requirement management and are comfortable with invoicing questions and simple bookkeeping. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
